A rotator by induced weight unbalance of the body is provided to diversely utilize a constant output generated from rotation of the body as an energy source without supplying an external physical force or consuming the resources. A rotator by inducing weight unbalance of the body comprises a plurality of balance weights(11,12,13,14) mounted on both sides of a center shaft, respectively, and support plates(21,22,23,24) positioned above and below the balance weights. A portion of the balance weight rests on the support plate positioned below the balance weight in a certain period and then on the support plate positioned above the balance weight in a certain period when the upper and lower positions of the balance weight are changed due to the body rotation. The balance weights have one part adjacent to the center shaft and the other part positioned in the distance from center shaft.
