An organic light emitting display is provided to stabilize display quality by correctly adjusting power supplied to sub pixels. An organic light emitting display includes a display unit, monitor pixels(125), driving units, a power supply unit(150c), and a power adjusting unit(180b). The display unit includes two or more sub pixels(120) emitting light with different colors. The monitor pixels are positioned by two or more pairs to monitor the sub pixels by corresponding to the light emitting colors of the sub pixels. The driving units supply driving signals to the sub pixels through signal lines connected to the sub pixels. The power supply unit supplies power to at least one of the sub pixels, the monitor pixels, and the driving units. The power adjusting unit adjusts the power supplied to the sub pixels according to the power supplied to the monitor pixels. |
