A door impact pad of a car is provided to effectively absorb impact in a broadside collision by causing a male boss to enter a female boss. A door impact pad of a car comprises folding lines(12a,12b), female bosses(11a), and conical male bosses(13a). The folding lines are formed in the middle of a square steel sheet at regular intervals. The female boss comprises a pair of semicircular plates attached to one end side of the square steel sheet. The male bosses are attached to the other end side of the square steel sheet. The male bosses are inserted in the female bosses, when the square steel sheet is folded along the folding lines. The impact pad includes a mounting surface portion(11) with a flange(11b). The flange is attached to a door trim through ultrasonic fusion. The door impact pad absorbs impacts by causing the male bosses to enter the female bosses.
