CIVIL APPLIACATION DOCUMENT ISSUING SYSTEM AND A CIVIL APPLICATION DOCUMENT ISSUING METHOD BY USING THE SAME

A system for issuing a civil application document and a civil application document issuance method using the same are provided to strengthen security by preventing information leakage occurring in a civil application document issuance process and shorten time needed for settling an issuance fee. A control board(110) is equipped with an OS(Operating System) storing part(110a) storing an OS for controlling entire system. An amount display unit(112) displays an issuance fee amount needed for issuing a civil application document. A receipt printer(114) prints a calculated amount on a sheet and outputs the sheet. A coin module(122) checks and processes the amount of inputted coins. A note module(124) checks and processes the amount of inputted notes. A manual amount input device(126) inputs the amount manually through a numeric and key pad. A PC camera(142) captures an image of a subject. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) hub(132) processes data transceiving with a PC(210). The PC calculates the issuance fee by connecting to a civil application document issuance system through the USB hub and stores issuance data to the OS storing part(212). A power supply unit(310) supplies power to the civil application document issuance system.
