An upper fixing type placard hanger apparatus is provided to reduce an installation cost by reducing the number of pulleys. An upper fixing type placard hanger apparatus includes a pulley fixing unit(100), a hanger fixing unit, a main wire(300), a sub wire(400), a sub pulley(500), a hanger fixing wire(600), and a hanger fixing member(700). The pulley fixing unit is fixed on an upper part of a wall or a couple of posts, and has a main pulley on a side. The hanger fixing unit is fixed on a lower part of the wall or the posts. At least one hanger is installed on the hanger fixing unit. An upper part of the main wire is fixed on the main pulley. A chain is coupled to a lower part of the main wire. A side of the sub wire is coupled to a lower part of the chain. The other side of the sub wire is coupled to a side of the wire which passes through the main pulley. The sub pulley is installed on an end of the main wire which passes through the main pulley. The hanger fixing wire is fixed on the sub pulley at 1/2.5 to 1/7 point of a total length of the hanger fixing wire, and has a pulley hanging member which is installed on a lower part of the sub pulley hanging point. An upper part and a lower part of the hanger fixing wire are fixed on an upper part and a lower part of the hanger fixing member, respectively. A side of the hanger is fixed by the hanger fixing member. |
