A preparation method of medicinal herb tea is provided to enable consumers to take clear tea having the special taste of medicinal herbs. A preparation method of medicinal herb tea comprises the steps of: removing dust from a medicinal herb(S101); firstly grinding the medicinal herb with removed dust(S102); firstly removing particulates from the firstly ground medicinal herb(S103); firstly selecting only the medicinal herb having a size of 3-5mm(S104); roasting the firstly selected medicinal herb at 70°C for 5-25min(S105); secondly grinding the roasted medicinal herb(S106); secondly removing particulates from the secondly ground medicinal herb(S107); and secondly selecting only the medicinal herb having a size of 0.1-1mm(S108). |
