<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber holding part that causes no breaking nor crosstalk of fibers during the handling such as processing of optical fibers, that facilitates preparation work for machining or machining operation itself, and that also enables the machining to be automated. <P>SOLUTION: A small optical fiber holding part comprising an optical fiber storage part having a reel drum, sidewalls connected to both ends of the reel drum and elastic projections with springing property provided on the sidewalls, is integrally formed by using fluoro-rubber or the like, thereby achieving the purpose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
