MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NON FLAMMABLE EXPANDED PLASTIC PRODUCT

A method for manufacturing a nonflammable expanded plastic product is provided to prevent harmful gas from being generated when a fire occurs by adding a nonflammable property to an expanded plastic product. A method for manufacturing a nonflammable expanded plastic product comprises the steps of preparing a first expanded plastic product by forming linear slots in an expanded plastic product(S1), preparing a second expanded plastic product(S2), and drying the second expanded plastic product(S3). The second expanded plastic product is manufactured by spraying liquid-phase nonflammable material onto the first expanded plastic product while vibrating the first expanded plastic product using a vibrator, or by immersing the first expanded plastic product in the liquid-phase nonflammable material.
