A system for managing a periodical or close inspection of a vehicle, and a program recording medium for the same are provided to determine whether to exempt the regular or minute inspection of the vehicle by analyzing sensing data received from an LBS(Location-Based Service) terminal of the vehicle, and transmit exemption information to a communication tool of a vehicle owner when the exemption is determined. An inspection management database(465) stores/manages information of the vehicles to be periodically or closely inspected. A data receiver(450) receives the sensing data and vehicle information from the LBS terminal installed in the vehicle. An information processor(455) checks whether the vehicle corresponding to the received vehicle information is the vehicle to be periodically or closely inspected by linking with the inspection management database, and determines the exemption of the periodical or close inspection according to a result reading the sensing data. An information transmitter(460) transmits the exemption information to the communication tool of the vehicle owner when the exemption of the periodical or close inspection is determined. |
