PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide groups corresponding to the kinds of services to define additional post information of the groups of respective operators, and the minimum guarantee number and the priority order of the respective groups, so as to rearrange the operators dynamically to the respective groups based thereon in real time. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a first table for managing the waiting number of the each group providing the service, a second table for managing an unoccupied condition of agents of the each group, a means for determining a level of the unoccupied number of agents of the groups registered in the second table, or the unoccupied number after the waiting number of the groups registered in the first table is sutracted from the unoccupied number herein, compared with the minimum predefined unoccupied number of the groups, a means for extracting the unoccupied agents from the group of the large unoccupied number to the group of the small unoccupied number, and a means for transferring the excess agents of the group of the large unoccupied number to the group of the small unoccupied number. |
