<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinching valve capable of preventing coming off of a tube while a fluid is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A pinching valve 1A comprises a solenoid 2 energized by a return spring 26 in the direction that plunger 24 comes away from a fixing core 23, a support member 31A which is fitted to the solenoid part 2 and is provided with an insert part 32 in which a tube T is inserted, a pinching member 40A which is housed slidably in the support member 31A and connected to the plunger 24, and a spring pin 33 so arranged as to face the pinching member 40A. The pinching member 40A is pressurized against the return spring 26, and the tube T is inserted and fitted between the pinching member 40A and the spring pin 33 from a slot 35.
