MULTI BEAM LASER APPARATUS

A multi beam laser apparatus is provided to improve the equality and a processed quality by adjusting a path of the acquired beams through a prism. A multi beam laser apparatus includes a laser light source, an input side lens(51), a beam division unit(52), and a prism(53). The laser light source emits a light. The input side lens is arranged on a path of the beam. The beam division unit divides the beam outputted from the input side lens into a plurality of parallel beams having a different propagation distance from the laser light source, and emits the beams. The prism is arranged on a path of the beams so that the beam having further propagation distance from the laser light source of the beams emitted from the beam division unit passes a shorter inner path. The divided beams have a uniform intensity.
