An apparatus for forming a membrane for an LNG storage tank having a one-way pressure roller is provided to form corrugations in the membrane installed in the LNG storage tank. An apparatus for forming a membrane for an LNG storage tank comprises an upper mold(110), a pressure roller bundle(120), and a lower mold(130). The upper mold is connected to a press slide connector(140) and a convex section having corrugations is formed at a lower end of the upper mold. The pressure roller bundle is connected to both sides of the upper mold. The pressure roller bundle is coupled to the press slide connector through a damping unit. A one-way roller(121) is installed in the pressure roller bundle. A concave section(131) is formed on an upper surface of the lower mold.
