COMPOSITION FOR BRAZING FOR ALUMINIUM AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR BRAZING USING THE SAME

A brazing composition for an aluminum air-conditioning apparatus and a brazing method using the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by omitting a process for coating a clad or attaching a clad sheet. A brazing method using a brazing composition comprises the steps of feeding the brazing composition into a reservoir(100) through a hopper(106), stirring the brazing composition using a stirrer(104) while giving predetermined pressure to the brazing composition, and coating the brazing composition on a header pipe and a tube by using a spray gun(108) while feeding air to the brazing composition. A surfactant is applied to a condenser before the coating process is performed to remove impurities from the condenser. Then, the brazing process is performed in a brazing furnace at an inert gas atmosphere.
