A preparation method of a functional solution using a multipurpose alkaline organic compound is provided to produce a healthful beverage for enhancing immunity and a nontoxic agrichemical-degrading agent. A preparation method of a functional solution using a multipurpose alkaline organic compound comprises the steps of: heating 50-60wt.pt. of refined water to 90-95°C; and putting 2.5wt.pt. of potassium silicate(K2SiO3), 15-20wt.pt. of sodium carbonate(Na2CO3), 4-8wt.pt. of choline chloride(C5H14ClNO), 4-8wt.pt. of sodium acetate(C2H3NaO2nH2O), and 2-5wt.pt. of lacturose into the heated refined water, followed by stirring.
