A magnetic toner composition is provided to ensure a high electrification amount, to exhibit high blackness in the long term, and to prevent the occurrence of background pollution. A magnetic toner composition includes (a) 100 parts by weight of magnetic toner mother particles, (b) 0.05-0.7 parts by weight of a titanium dioxide powder having an average particle size of 0.01-0.15 micron surface-treated with a fatty acid iron salt, (c) 0.3-1.0 parts by weight of an inorganic powder having an average particle size of 0.1-1.5 micron, and (d) 0.3-1.5 parts by weight of a hydrophobic silica having a specific surface area of 130-330 m^2/g. The magnetic toner mother particles have an average particle size of 5-10 micron.
