<p>The applicator (5) has application elements (12) e.g. bristles, carried by a core that extends along a longitudinal direction. A transversal section delimited by a covering surface increases and decreases in the direction of a distal end of the core along axes. The section defines a maximal ray apex that is larger than the surface. The apex is remote from a distal end of the surface, and is measured along a longitudinal axis to be lesser or equal to 1.5 rmax. An angle formed by slopes of the surface in a longitudinal section on both sides of the apex is greater than 120 degrees. An independent claim is also included for a device for conditioning and applying a composition.</p> |
