A system and a method for offering traffic path information are provided to collect and reflect appraisal opinions of customers and traveling results immediately after ending guidance of the road. A log information storage unit(392) stores log information generated during communication with a terminal. A traveling time information storage unit(391) stores presumptive traveling time information between a position of the terminal and a destination. A traveling path search unit(340) generates the optimum path from the position of the terminal to the destination by using traffic information, and then provides the optimum path to the terminal. The traveling path search unit stores the log information in the log information storage unit, and stores the presumptive traveling time information in the traveling time information storage unit. A traveling estimation control unit(341) outputs the accuracy of traveling time by calculating the actual traveling time between a starting point and the destination and then comparing the actual traveling time with the presumptive traveling time.
