PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively distribute advertisement. SOLUTION: Distribution conditions which have to be satisfied by advertisement and the distribution object person of the advertisement are obtained from an advertiser to obtain a coincidence rate being the rate of the attribute of a user satisfying the distribution conditions. Setting of a minimum value which is permitted to be the coincidence rate is fixed and advertisement whose coincidence rate is equal to or larger than the minimum value is extracted to be distributed to the user. |
