PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively remove static electricity by sealing conductive fluid by means of a magnetic fluid for prevention of their mixing, and preventing a conductive fluid from oxidizing and increasing grounding resistance with stability for a long period, when grounding a rotating shaft via conductive fluid. SOLUTION: The lower wall part of a housing 1 is provided with a conductive fluid housing part 28, housing a conductive fluid Fc which immerses the contact part 2e of the lower end of a rotating shaft 2 and, on the conductive fluid housing part, a magnetic fluid housing part 29 housing a magnetic fluid Fm, which seals the conductive fluid Fc in the conductive fluid housing part 28. On the upper side of the magnetic fluid housing part 29 is formed a permanent magnet 32 attracting the magnetic fluid Fm by means of its magnetic force, so that it is separated from the conductive fluid Fc. As a result, the magnetic fluid Fm is energized at all times, in such a direction as to be separated from the conductive fluid Fc, even if the conductive fluid Fc and the magnetic fluid Fm are agitated by the rotation of the rotating shaft 2. |
