<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, device, program and program recording medium for measuring similarity between concurrence thesauri capable of accurately measuring similarity of the interested fields among a plurality of users without using personal information regarding privacy of the individual person. <P>SOLUTION: This device 1 downloads web pages regarding the user via the Internet network 2 from home pages 3a-3n of the user disclosed on the Internet and measures similarity of the interested fields among the users from the web page information.
