A sanitary cap for a cupping glass is provided to reduce troublesome that has to disinfect all the cupping glass used in a cupping operation, to prevent the cupping glass from being stained with patient's blood, and to form a proper pressure in the cupping glass by a ventilation member. A sanitary cap for a cupping glass includes: a fixing member(120) connected to one end of the cupping glass; a connection member(110) airtightly connected to the fixing member, interposed between the body and the cupping glass in the cupping glass, and having a hole(140) formed on the upper side; and a ventilation member(130) connected to the hole. The ventilation member is made of any one or combination of silk, spandex, or a piece of cloth.
