<p>The method involves applying a resin layer on a core, which is made of a derived timber product such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and high density fiber board (HDF). A dry decorative layer from non impregnated paper is applied on the resin layer. An impregnated layer is applied on the decorative layer. The resin layer is applied on the core fluid and is dried before application of the decorative paper. The resin penetrates from a rear side into the decorative paper. An independent claim is also included for a structural panel with a core.</p> |
