A liquid transfer apparatus includes a supply cylinder (25,26) and viscosity reducing agent supply unit (50A,50B). The supply cylinder (25,26) comes into contact with a transfer target body (25) and performs transfer by transferring a transfer liquid to the transfer target body (25). The viscosity reducing agent supply unit (50A,50B) supplies a viscosity reducing agent (53) which reduces a viscosity of the transfer liquid to the supply cylinder (25,26) during transfer.
