A camera module is provided to remove the occurrence of noise and to commonly be used and standardized. A lens unit(120) includes a lens barrel(122). A holder(130) is combined with the lens unit and has a conductive material coated thereon. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(140) is combined with the holder and electrically connected with the conductive material. The conductive material is coated on the lens unit. The conductive material has conductivity of below 1ohm, and the combined portion is a conductive epoxy. The conductive material is coated on a lower surface of the lens unit and an upper surface of the holder, namely, the combined surfaces of the lens unit and the holder. A boss pin(133) is formed at a lower end of the holder, and the boss pin includes the conductive material coated thereon. The PCB includes a ground hole corresponding to the boss pin.
