It is possible to output a waveform of an output signal having a preferable reproducibility of an input signal from an inductive load. An output signal (Vp-n1) appearing at output terminals (50, 51) of both ends of a load (L1) is fed back to the side of input terminals (9a, 9b) to obtain output signals (V1a, V1b) which are compared to an input signal (Vin) to detect a difference between the signals and generate a first difference suppression signal (Vout1) for correcting the difference so as to suppress the detected difference between the signals. Furthermore, inclination of the first difference suppression signal(Vout1) is detected and a second difference suppression signal (Vout2) is generated to suppress the inclination difference from the input signal (Vin) according to the detected inclination signal. A ratio of a period for supplying power to the load (L1) against a period not supplying power is changed according to the difference amount of the difference suppression signal.
