A composition for a plastic pipe is provided to realize high tensile strength, to inhibit thermal deformation, to improve impact resistance, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of plastic pipes. A composition for a plastic pipe comprises: 100 parts by weight of PVC; 40-140 parts by weight of CPVC; 3-10 parts by weight of at least one stabilizer selected from Ba-Zn type stabilizers, Ca-Zn type stabilizer, triazole-based stabilizers, benzophenone-based stabilizers and HALS; 1-5 parts by weight of a processing aid; 0.1-3 parts by weight of metal soap; 0.1-3 parts by weight of paraffinic wax; 1-5 parts by weight of a filler; 1-10 parts by weight of an impact reinforcing agent; and 0.01-2 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent selected from zinc 2-pyridenthol-1-oxide, anionic antibacterial agents based on zirconium phosphate and powder type antibacterial agents containing 0.50% of Ag, 98.25% of SiO2, 0.25% of water and 1.00% of Al2O3.
