A multi-purpose shredding machine is provided to slice a large amount of vegetables rapidly, remove a scratch, and remove a scale of fish easily by installing a scale removing part, a garlic rammer, a slicer, peelers, and a scratch removing blade at the shredding machine. A multi-purpose shredding machine comprises left and right operating members(1,2), an elastic spring(4), a blade fixed frame(5), a plurality of guide pieces(7), a residue discharging hole(10), a cover plate, separation preventing protrusions(12), a scale removing part(17), a garlic rammer, a slicer(15), peelers(13), and a scratch removing blade(14). Rear ends of the operating members are hinged by hinge pins. The elastic spring is fitted between the operating members. A plurality of blades(6) are fitted in the blade fixed frame at regular intervals. The guide pieces have a plurality of blade guide slits(9), and a vegetable inlet(8). The residue discharging hole is formed at an upper side of the left operating member. The cover plate extends from one side of the blade fixed frame. The separation preventing protrusions are formed at both sides of the guide pieces. The scale removing part has an opened part(19) by forming tooth projections(1a,2a) which are formed at the centers of the operating members and by opening a lower side of the blade fixed frame. The slicer has a plurality of slicing holes(15a). |
