A built-in heating cooker includes top section (11) with first openings (13) at least on its one sidewall (12), and cover (14) covering first openings (13). Cover (14) has second openings (18) only on its second sidewall (16), and is detachably disposed on first sidewall (12) of top section (11). This structure offers a highly reliable cooker which prevents ingress of boiled-over soup into a cooker body. In addition, detachable cover (14) offers an easy-care built-in heating cooker.
