摘要 A temperature compensated crystal oscillator and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the number of frequency temperature characteristic checking processes by separating a temperature compensating unit from an oscillation unit. A temperature compensated crystal oscillator includes a temperature compensating unit(300), and an oscillation unit(400). The temperature compensating unit has a first substrate, temperature compensating circuit components and a first contact terminal. The temperature compensating circuit components are mounted on the first substrate. The first contact terminal is formed on a side of the first substrate. The temperature compensating unit generates a compensation voltage based on a temperature variation. The oscillation unit has a second substrate(401), an oscillation vibrator(410), a frequency adjusting unit(420), and an oscillation unit(440), which are mounted on the substrate. The oscillation unit adjusts a frequency in response to a compensation voltage of the temperature compensating unit and oscillates a fixed frequency. The temperature compensating unit and the oscillation unit are formed separately and are arranged to be opposite.
