A tower type solar power plant is provided to enhance the power generation efficiency regardless of intensity of solar radiation by adjusting an angle of a reflection plate. A tower type solar power plant comprises a solar radiation reflection section(100) and a solar tower(200). A plurality of reflection plates(110) are installed on the solar radiation reflection section. An inclination angle of the reflection plate is adjusted. The solar tower includes receivers for absorbing solar radiation reflected by the radiation plate. The receiver includes an upper receiver(210) and a lower receiver(230) that are divided in a longitudinal direction of the solar tower. The receiver has wires formed in a mesh type. Wires of the upper receiver have a diameter of 5 to 10mm and is 50 to 100mm away from each other. Wires of the lower receiver have a diameter of 0.5 to 5mm and is 10 to 50mm away from each other.
