PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can raise the cooling effect of electric circuit parts in simple structure. SOLUTION: This motor 1 is equipped with the motor body 2 which generates a torque, a speed-reducing part 3 assembled on the motor body 2, and a control circuit member. The speed-reducing part 3 is equipped with a worm storage 23b, which stores a worm shaft 25 for reducing the rotation of the motor body 2, and a case 21 which has a circuit storage 23d that stores the control circuit member. A case 21 has a ventilation part 29, which connects the worm storage 23b with the circuit storage 23d and also connects the worm storage 23b and the circuit storage 23d to the outside of the case 21.
