PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a dust preventing member without inhibiting the vibration even in a place not close the vibration to be generated in the dust preventing member. SOLUTION: A dust removal device includes: the dust preventing member 31 for preventing dust from adhering onto an imaging device 4; a vibration generating means 33 for generating the vibration in the dust preventing member 31; a joining member 32 to be joined with the dust preventing member 31, having rigidity being lower than that of the dust preventing member 31, and to be deformed by the vibration by the vibration generating means 33; and a support member 34 for supporting the dust preventing member 31 via the joining member 32.
