PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily producible oily gel-shaped composition obtained by stably formulating much oily component. SOLUTION: The oily gel-shaped composition contains (1) one or more kinds of multi-chain multi-hydrophilic group-type compound having both of two or more long-chain hydrophobic groups and two or more hydrophilic groups in the molecule, (2) one or more kinds of polyhydroxy compounds having two or more hydroxy groups in the molecule, (3) one or more kinds selected from surfactants, (4) water and (5) one or more kinds of oily components.
