PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective operation of a change fund by collecting only surplus cash from change dispensers. SOLUTION: A cash data management apparatus 4 retains in a storage part a change requirement setting table setting requirements in denominations of change cash for each change dispenser 3. For cash collection from the change dispenser 3, the cash data management apparatus 4 calculates amounts in denominations of cash to be collected from the requirements in denominations in the change requirement setting table and holdings in denominations of change cash notified from the change dispenser 3, and notifies them to the change dispenser 3, and the change dispenser 3 performs cash collection based on the notified amounts in denominations.
