PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily perform alignment of optical axes of lenses and space adjustment thereof in an assembly adjusting stage in an optical system mounted on a camera module or the like. SOLUTION: The plastic lens unit 1 is constituted by integrally molding a lens 2, a lens holder 3, a first engagement portion 4 formed on a first surface side of the lens 2, and a second engagement portion 5 formed on a second surface side of the lens 2. The first engagement portion 4 and the second engagement portion 5 are formed as follows. When the optical axes 6 of two plastic lens units 1 with a first surface and a second surface opposing to each other are aligned with each other, the first engagement portion 4 of the plastic lens unit 1 is engaged with the second engagement portion 5 of the other plastic lens unit 1.
