PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method of a fibrous substance capable of efficiently recovering the fibrous substance in a fiber reinforced plastic or concrete in a long fiber state. SOLUTION: Blast treatment is applied to a fiber-reinforced plastic molded product having a region where the ratio of the fibrous substance is high in the central part in its thickness direction, and the surface plastic of the fiber-reinforced plastic molded product is shaven off to separate the shaven-off molded product ground substance from a regional part with a high ratio of the fibrous substance.
