SOLUTION: The robot 100 of one embodiment of this invention, comprises a battery 141, a plurality of loads 146, a load side ground fault interrupter 145 interrupting power supplied to the loads 146, an power source side ground fault interrupter 143 interrupting power supplied to the plurality of loads 146, a current detecting portion 151 detecting an output current passing through the load 146 and a returning current returning from the load 146 to the load side ground fault interrupter 145 side, a determining portion 152 whether a difference value from the current detecting portion exceeds a set value B or not from the output current, and a battery control portion interrupting power by the load side ground fault interrupter in the case where the time when the difference value exceeds the current detecting portion is shorter than a set timeΔt, and interrupting power by the power source side ground fault interrupter 143 in the case where the time is longer than the set timeΔt.
