A circuit for preventing an erroneous operation of a circuit breaker is provided to prevent the erroneous operation due to surge by removing a gate trigger factor of a trigger device to drive a trip coil. In a circuit(100) for preventing an erroneous operation of a circuit breaker having a control circuit integrated device and an electric leakage detecting device(ZCT) connected to the control circuit integrated device, a surge waveform shaping circuit(110) is connected to the electric leakage detecting device to shape a waveform of surge. A voltage limit circuit(120) is connected to an output stage of the surge waveform shaping circuit to determine input of the surge. A current limit circuit(130) is connected to an output stage of the voltage limit circuit and limits current to filter low-frequency output voltage. A trigger device(140) has a gate connected to the current limit circuit. A delay circuit(150) is connected to the trigger device.
