A dental composition is provided to exhibit antibacterial and anticariogenic activities continuously without deterioration of physical properties by comprising an anti-bacterial/anticariogenic material supported organic nano-tube. A dental composition comprising a monomer and/or an oligomer including an unsaturated double bond, a catalytic amount of a polymerization initiator, and a filler includes 0.1-7 wt.% of an organic nano-tube where an anti-bacterial or an anticariogenic material for inhibiting or preventing progress of dental caries is supported, wherein the monomer and/or the oligomer including the unsaturated double bond is a methyl methacrylate(MMA) based material, the organic nano-tube is at least one selected from the group consisting of methacrylate, acrylate, epoxy, styrene polymer, a mixture thereof and a copolymer thereof, a diameter of the organic nano-tube is 10-3,000 nanometers and a length of the organic nano-tube is 0.1-100 micrometers. Further, the organic nano-tube has a porous structure, and is manufactured by template method, phase separation method, self-assembly method or electrospinning method.
