<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for lower bedclothes to be a hospital sheet which is used by covering a futon or mattress, can be used even when width, length, and thickness of the lower bedclothes change, does not slip out of place while used, and can be quickly and smoothly exchanged with the number of processes of exchange work decreased as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of snap buttons are installed to a sheet cloth cut longer and wider than the lower bedclothes, such as the futon or mattress to be used, so that the size of lower bedclothes assumed to be used can be covered.
