<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft resin film case for a bankbook and a magnetic card or the like in which information recorded in a magnetic information recording part in a bankbook or the like is prevented from being damaged by electrostatic trouble. <P>SOLUTION: A soft resin film case is used for storing a bankbook 2 having a magnetic information writing part 4 and securities. Information recorded in the magnetic information recording part 4 of the bankbook 2 is prevented from being damaged by static electricity through discharging static electricity by the steps of kneading an anti-static agent into a base material film 3 constituting this case 1, or coating the anti-static agent at the inner surface of the film, or laminating a resin film through utilization of anchor coating agent including the anti-static agent, or printing on the inner surface of the base material film 1 under application of printing film containing anti-static agent and forming either an aluminum foil or its vapor deposited layer and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
