<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor in inputting setting data in network equipment. <P>SOLUTION: When a "2" key is depressed (S1), a control microcomputer deletes data input to a first input format F1 and inputs "2," and further when a "5" key is depressed (S2), "5" is additionally input to the first input format F1. When a right key is depressed next (S3), the control microcomputer moves an input cursor C to a second input format F2 and puts the second input format F2 in a full selection state. When the "2" key is depressed (S4), the control microcomputer inputs "2" to the second input format F2, and when the "5" key is depressed (S5), "5" is additionally input to the second input format F2.
