PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having excellent appearance, causing little bleeding in aging heat-resistance test, free from the inhibition of the adhesion of a layer contacting with a polyolefin resin and accepting a weather resistant additive even at a high concentration without causing the bleeding of the additive to deteriorate the appearance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is made of a polyolefin resin material having a prescribed MFR and a swell ratio and composed of a polyolefin resin composition containing an ethylene-propylene random copolymer having a prescribed ethylene content, a low-density polyethylene having a prescribed MFR and a Q value, a prescribed triaryltriazine derivative and a copolymer of ethylene and a prescribed cyclic aminovinyl compound, and is produced by applying decorative treatment to the sheet.
