PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the exchange work of a drive circuit board used for a droplet discharge apparatus in a short time. SOLUTION: The droplet discharge apparatus is provided with a plurality of nozzles, a droplet discharge head having a drive element provided to correspond to each nozzle and the drive circuit board for supplying a drive signal to the drive element. The drive circuit board is provided with a first storing means for storing a plurality of waveform data concerning the design of the drive signal supplied to the drive element and is formed by changing a voltage value of the drive signal in multiple stages, a drive signal forming means for forming the drive signal by reading one waveform data from the plurality of wave form data, a second storing means for storing offset information for correcting the output error of the voltage value of the drive signal formed by the drive signal forming means and a waveform data selection means for selecting one waveform data concerning the reading of the drive signal forming means based on basic data and the offset data regulating the basic waveform data to form a prescribed drive signal.
