PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging section holding unit which prevents distortion of a holder even if the holder is thinned, to provide a lens barrel, and to provide an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The imaging section holding unit 10 has the holder 40 which is fixed to the lens barrel 3 and attached with the imaging section 9 that is provided with an imaging element 20, and a reinforcement board 31 which is placed between the imaging section 9 and the holder 40, and reinforces the holder 40.
