PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band for a countermeasure against static electricity that surely suppresses a human-body voltage to≤±5 V, and also to provide a wrist band set for a countermeasure against static electricity. SOLUTION: In a wrist band 12 for a countermeasure against static electricity, first/second electrodes 25a, 25b are supported by a belt body 14. A first conductive gel 19a is wound around the first electrode 25a. A second conductive gel 19b is wound around the second electrode 25b. When the belt body 14 is attached to the user's wrist, the first conductive gel 19a and the second conductive gel 19b are attached tightly to the user's skin. Even if the belt body 14 is loosened while in use, the first/second conductive gels 19a, 19b maintain the tight adhesion.
