摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably select a fuzzy rule in order to solve the problem that a lot of labor and time are spent to select the fuzzy rule through experience and trial-and-error in a conventional fuzzy controller. SOLUTION: This fuzzy controller perform fuzzy inference to a plurality input variables to generate output variable, and outputs the generated output variable to a control target for control. The fuzzy rule used for the fuzzy inference is selected based on a relational expression showing correspondence relation between the output variable and at least one temporal differentiation of the plurality of input variables, and a conditional expression dV/dt<0 showing a stability condition of a Lyapunov function related to the plurality of variables. Thereby, the number of membership functions corresponding to each the input variable is reduced to two to reduce the number of the fuzzy rules to 2<SP>n</SP>(n is the number of the input variables).
