PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler drainage treatment device which sufficiently separates even the blown water in starting, into a gas and the water, and produces the drainage having recyclable phosphate concentration. SOLUTION: The retained water stored in an evaporation can 82 is allowed to exchange heat with the blown water blown through a blow valve 81 in a short period of time, thus the retained water is evaporated and the steam is generated. The generated steam is collected in a condenser 4, and the retained water in which impurities including phosphoric acid, is condensed, is discharged by the drain valve 83 so as to be disposed of by an industrial waste disposer.
