PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable flow control valve preventing eccentricity of a needle for a long period of time and stably passing an accurate flow rate. SOLUTION: The needle 200 arranged in a flow control pipe 700 for distributing gas fuel 510 by an FCM 800 is advanced and retracted in an axial direction (an X direction). When the needle 200 formed so as to change a cross sectional area is advanced and retracted, a gap between the needle 200 and the flow control pipe 700 is changed so that the flow rate of the gas fuel 510 distributed in the flow control pipe 700 is regulated. Magnetic force acts between the flow control pipe 700 and the needle 200 by a first magnet 310 and a second magnet 320, and an axial core of the needle 200 is adjusted by the magnetic force so as to correspond to an axial core of the flow control pipe 700.
